Working in this site, it is not easy, because buying low price product like to leave negative rating, they paid less and want to get more, any items they bought and found anything unsatisfactory like late received, a bit different in colou or sharp, they won't asked you but just leaved negative rating, even you gave them satisfactory explanation, they won't change the rating too. But I have many repeated too, many buyers feel worth and appreciated my service, and leaved positive ratings, some buyer buys continuesly within these few months, and communicate with me and sometimes requested me to find the items they like even not found in my shop.
